Summer Language Camps in Marbella

For the past 17 years, Enforex has brought together youth from all over the world in our Summer Language Camps in Marbella. These camps provide a unique opportunity for Spanish and international students to spend 2-8 weeks together learning languages, playing sports, traveling Spain, participating in workshops and recreational activities, and making new friends from all over the world.

International and Spanish students are only separated during the morning language lessons. They eat all meals together and will be mixed in the residence halls. This guarantees a unique immersion experience and unparalleled opportunity for youngsters to discover the Spanish language and culture.

Accommodations

All students will live in the camp's residences halls on a full meal plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner). There is also a Day Camp option for those students whose parents are in living in Marbella for the summer.

Language Program

The summer language program consists of 4 or 5 Spanish, English or German lessons every morning from Monday to Friday. On the first day of classes, students will take a placement test to find out their level. Every level is available, from zero knowledge of the language to advanced.

All learning materials are designed by Enforex's team of highly qualified teaching professionals with the students' ages in mind. Every professor has a university degree and is experienced in working with youth of all ages. While we take the language study seriously, we also keep in mind that this is a summer camp and encourage the students to have fun while they're learning.

The language programs are as follows at each camp:

Summer Camp for Teenagers (Albergue, ages 16-18)
5 Spanish or English lessons lessons per day

Summer Camp for Youth (Alborán, ages 14-18)
4 Spanish or English lessons lessons per day

Summer Camp for Children (Alemán, ages 5-14)
4 Spanish, English or German lessons lessons per day

Activities, Workshops & Sports

After lunch, a wide variety of activities are planned to cater to different interests. These may be individual and team sports, cultural workshops or recreation. At night, there is always some kind of show, party or other group activity.

Students can also sign up for extra sports practice apart from the regular programming. Keep in mind that campers may miss other scheduled activities when they sign up for these optional sports, and that these must be booked and paid for in advance. In any case, it's a great chance for campers to focus on improving in a specific sport.

Optonal Sports: Tennis, Swimming, Horseback Riding, Paddleball, Golf.

Weekly Excursions

Each 2-week session includes at least 1 full-day and 2 half-day excursions to sights of interest around Marbella. Here are some examples:

• Full-day trips: Seville, Granada, Tarifa and Ronda.
• Half-day trips: Puerto Banús, Mijas, Sierra de las Nieves, a city tour of Marbella.

Practical Camp Information

Transportation

We offer transfer services directly from the Málaga airport, as well as a special bus service from Madrid.

Medical Care & Insurance

Medical insurance is included in the program price for international students. There is 24-hour medical care availabe at every camp.

Meals

The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch & dinner. If your child has special dietary needs, simply let us know before camp starts and our kitchen will make the necessary arrangements.

Locations & Starting Dates 2008

Sessions are organized into 2-week periods with the following starting dates. Camps start on a Sunday and end on a Saturday. We allow the possibility of adding an extra week for a 3-week session; please contact us for details.

Summer Camp Prices (2008)

Includes: 20 Spanish or English lessons per week, accommodation, 3 meals per day, health insurance, textbook, activities, excursions & sports. Residential accommodation available in all cities. Host families available. Extra night of accommodation: 50 € per night. Uniform (optional): 70€.
