What is the DELE?

The DELE (Diploma for Spanish as a Foreign Language) is an official certificate recognised by the Instituto Cervantes, making it the best proof of your level in Spanish. If you are thinking of studying or working in a Spanish speaking country you may well be asked to provide a DELE certificate as proof of your Spanish ability, making it a very useful qualification for your future development in Spain or Latin America.

DELE Exam Preparation Course Characteristics

You can take the DELE course in Marbella to prepare for the exam at any of its 3 levels:

• Nivel Inicial: Certificate of Spanish at an elementary level.
  
• Nivel Intermedio: Diploma of Spanish at an intermediate level.
  
• Nivel Superior: Diploma of Spanish at an advanced level.

The DELE preparation course at Enforex in Marbella includes the following classes:

• 20 Spanish language lessons per week
  
• 5 culture lessons per week
  
• Duration: 4 or 5 weeks, with the option of adding extra week

It is reccommended that applicants for the DELE exam are at least 16 years-old, as the Marbella courseis highly intensive and progresses at a rapid pace. The exam dates are scheduled by the Instituto Cervantes (see 2008 dates below).

How to applying for the DELE Exam

It is possible for Enforex to organise your DELE exam application for a small administration fee. If you wish for us to do this we must have received your payments at least one month before the scheduled exam date, plus the following details:

• A copy of your passport
• A list of your personal details (full name, birth date, nationality, etc.)
• Your current address
  

When booking a place on the DELE preparation course it is essential that you specify the level of exam you plan on taking. Enforex Marbella will receive a list of the succesful candidates approximately five months after you sit the exam. We will then pass on the results to all candidates, and the Instituto Cervantes will send the original certificate by mail to your home about one month later.
